Проблема с заказом из Англии
Регулярно заказываю с чайника и других магазинов, а вто при заказе с тартибайкс вышел казус: таможня вернула посылку, т.к. её суммарная стоимость более 200 евро (а порог давно увеличен до 1000 евро). Интересны мысли общественности по поводу. Ответ магазина целиком ниже.

Your parcel has been returned to us unfortunately. It was refused by Russian customs due to value of the goods being over £150 (200 euros).
As stated in our checkout:
Russian Customers: Please note that your country has very strict import regulations. The maximum order cost is £150. You must check that the items are ok to import before placing your order. If the parcel is returned, we will not be responsible for any costs.
There are a few options from here:
1. We can re-send the parcel in two separate consignments, so that the value of each parcel is much lower and should pass through customs. We will also dispatch the consignments on different days, so they don't go through customs on the same day. The cost of this would be £46, because it would be two lots of Fedex postage. If you would like to go for this, please let us know and I will send you a payment request for the postage fees.
2. We can cancel the order and refund the total amount of the goods.
If you could get back to us asap, that would be great. If you have any further questions, just fire away.

Судя по всему посылка отправлена UPS, DHL или чем-то подобным. То есть курьерской службой. Там при стоимости более 200 евро необходимо таможенное оформление, а курьерские службы его делать зачастую отказываются и отправляют посылку назад. Мне например некоторое время назад получить UPSом посылку из UK так и не удалось.

truvor [661147]: Да, так и делают в столице, так как мы чаще отказываемся растамаживать дистанционно по причине стоимости услуг брокеров.
